Repair a wordpress webpage with elementor and contact form 7

Hello, I have a page ( https://wsetransport.com/peru-landing/ ). The page works well but when I try to fill the form in the bottom, it stays thinking forever and never sends the email. You can test it.
I have a few php errors, what it lead me to think that is a theme issue using old CSS or PHP commands.
Versions:
PHP v 7.4 (the page won't even load with php 8.0)
Wordpress 6.0.2
Contact Form 7 - 5.6.3
Elementor - 3.7.7
