Repair the code to a custom WordPress bulk e-mailer plugin

I have a WordPress site for a membership club using S2 Member for users and Event Espresso for event listings. I had a custom plugin built to email our members' specific events that we posted in event espresso based on their location.
For the most part, it worked fine until I just switched our theme from Divi to GeneratePress. Now, the emails won't send except in test mode. When I try, I get "your site is experiencing a technical issue. So, I'm looking for someone who develops plugins to look at the code and tweak it so it works with the new theme.
There are three basic issues:
1. Emailer will send in test mode but not in live mode
2. My email was unsubscribed by mistake and I don't know how to get it added back in
3. We need to be able to send the email out to the same members more than once but, for some reason, it glitches and doesn't allow us to send more than once.
I've included a screenshot of what the bulk emailer looks like so you can see what it does.
