Repair my paypal link on woocommerce website

Recently something happened that is causing our paypal to not work properly. Payments are coming through into the paypal account but when we are doing refunds, they are not processing back into the customers account.

We are also receiving emails from woocommerce stating the order failed even though the money is coming into our account. This is causing us issues as the order is going on status 'failed' in woocommerce
