Removing Data from wordpress products

on my ecommerce website, most of my products have this line
"Delivery
Get delivery as fast as 7-10 days upon confirmation"
Can you help me remove it from ALL items? Please see link for example:

Also, I need to add a message below "Quick price check (per qty)" saying that "Price is estimated only"
