Remove a wp website from Google blacklist

You need to remove a WordPress website from Google blacklist. The website is about a travel agency. It was hacked with malware and it continued as hacked for many months or maybe one year. Now the website is cleaned but google still displays a message saying deceptive site ahead. You need to get it removed from Google blacklist. Please explain in dm the process you will follow.
