Remove malware from wordpress site

Hello. I have a malware in my wordpress website and I just can't remove it. Ssometimes it redirects my customers to spam sites... but not every time. Apparently it's some javascript that runs randomly.

I've tried several plugins and it didn't work, can someone help me?
