Remove first and last word from "post's excerpt"

in my WP website I'm using Elementor with Unlimited Elements addons.
There is a list of post starting with "Introduction" and ending with "(more…)": I need to hide those two terms.
It seems that I can't do this only with css.
I did not provide access to my backend or other. Just screen of the Unlimited Elements addons backend where the code is.
I need to solve this by 2hr
