Remove Virus and malware from Server

After I handed over my Server details to a freelancer, the Server became infected with an unknown virus or malware, it replicates files and affect other subfiles found in the hosting it also affects other websites on the server. As a result I can't log in into my wordpress websites, and also some strange language appears on some of the website pages.

One of the cpanel accounts happen to be infected with these viruses.
