Refine my website (wordpress)

I have finished my website, but Google Search Console is finding some mobile usability issues (such as writing too small, page doesn't fit screen etc)
Also, I want to have a site map, and get ranking on Google.
Basically looking for someone to get us ranking well on Google, and being searchable
