Reducing server resources consumption by WP website serbianmonitor.com

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me reduce the disk space usage of my WordPress website, serbianmonitor.com.
Specifically, I suspect that certain plugins or features on my website are causing high resource consumption, and I have a few in mind that I would like to address.
All of the requests originate from the server IP 35.214.141.114 (hosting service Siteground) most likely due to an external proxy service or due to the website generating requests to itself.
After reducing CPU usage, my primary objective is to improve the site speed and increase site uptime.
