Redirect WooCommerce Checkout Button to Shopify Checkout (with sync)

Hi. I have a wordpress/woocommerce website. I need to redirect the checkout button (on the cart page) to Shopify checkout. I already have a shopify plan.
The order information needs to be synched, so the real cart amount is paid by the customer on Shopify Checkout. The Shopify checkout page must also show the product name and options chosen by the customer.
I sell custom-made products, so the price of every order is different. I can't just use the Shopify Buy Button.
