Redesign a website on Wordpress ELEMENTOR PRO

Hi! I have a website tdcenter.org
Our main page was supposed to be a visit card of our NGO but now we have more content and our main page should be as one page and no menus should lead to different sections of this page as it is now
- we will need to overthink the whole concept of the website (with the same colors). We need to redesign the main page
- we will need to show a few tiles with the latest events/papers we did on the main page
- we will need to make three language versions of our website: English, German and Spanish. Most news and articles will be in three languages so we need a simple way to translate them in the admin panel. When any person staying on the article webpage clicks on the German version, he/she should see the German version of the same article (i.e. tdcenter.org/eng/123 = tdcenter.org/ger/123).
- we will need a new section "Media Mentions" with links to our media appearances
- we will need a new section "our team" which will display a list of our team employees with some detailed info expanded about them if clicked
- we need to overthink the images quality on the pages because sometimes they are a bit poor
- increasing website load speed
- deleting "Our activities" menu and "about us" because they should be separate pages. "About us" should contain a grid with photos and titles of our staff. There should be a button to extend every person bio on the same page
- new subscription button, form and page
Perhaps it is a good idea to limit the number of plugins currently used.
We have both mobile and desktop version.
