Redesign WordPress Website (7 pages) - Achieve Google PageSpeed of 96+ for Mobile & Desktop

I have an existing WordPress website built with RankingChamp theme.

I need to redesign my website using GeneratePress & Gutenberg & then migrate existing pages to the new design.

The primary objective is speed. I need ALL PAGES of the new website to have a Google PageSpeed Insights score of 96-100 for Desktop & Mobile or All Core Web Vitals of 95-100.

I only need the following 7 pages redesigned & existing content to be migrated.

1. Home page
2. Services page (1 column design)
3. Services page (2 column design)
4. Contact page
5. Blog List page
6. Blog post page (2 posts)

Once the design is complete, then move the content of existing posts & pages to the new design (keeping all SEO factors intact) and fix any issues.

Minimum use of plugins.
**No Google fonts**

Pre-Qualification requirements:
1. Solid Experience with GeneratePress
2. Very good design skills
3. Achieved Google PageSpeed score of 96-100
4. complete the full project in 1-2 weeks after awarding.
