Recovering a wordpress website and adding it to a hosting site

I have a WordPress website that I need help recovering and adding to a hosting site. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I have a backup of the original website. However, I would like assistance with configuring the website with my hosting service and also setting up the DNS records. If you're able to help out, I would really appreciate it.
