Recover my Facebook Business Page and create a Facebook shop with 1200 items

We used to have a Facebook Shop for our business but it somehow got deleted when we upgraded our website from Shopify to Wordpress.
We have been trying to set up another Facebook shop but we are having huge trouble with Facebook to do with the Business Owner. We have been working with Facebook support for over a month with no result.
First of all I need someone who is a real Facebook Business expert who can help me solve this Business Owner problem .
Once the problem is resolved and we have regained full permissions on our page I need someone who can set up my Facebook shop with around 1200 items.
