Recode WooCommerce Site

I have a site that has custom coding using WooCommerce as the foundation. Because of this coding, the products are not arranged according to size. Because we sell a product that requires a deposit to order, we used the deposit field as the price field and the price field as the deposit field. Though we have to do this because of how WooCommerce is setup, now Google thinks that our deposit is the price. I am hoping that there is a workaround for this. Please see attached file.
