Receive phone calls for payment and Pay the credit online with credit card/paypal

Hi, I already do website and I am a wordpress/woocommerce expert, I just need to set a website that permit to pay in advance some credit to call some phone virtual numbers (where the people can answer from them smartphone) and the callers has to pay in advance with credit card, paypal or similar, the minutes to can call. when the credit end, the nphonecall end too or the credit would get charged automatically..
I need this tye of solution, if somethign is not clear, please let me know.
