Rebuild a submission form of Wordpress theme using Ajax

Need someone with deep knowledge of Wordpress coding structure, Vue.js, ajax and css/html5 to to modify a submission form. You also have to familiar with Regex to get the text input and split them into different custom fields in classified theme!
