Rebuild 3 WordPress websites some custom programming

I have 3 websites that are on my own server. I need someone who can rebuild them on the most recent Wordpress theme, or provide other options. You must have more knowledge than just WP. I am looking for a partner who can manage these sites and make sure they are kept up to date if on WP. I am open to moving away from my own server and hosting somewhere else. I need to be able to edit every site myself in a very user-friendly way. I have attached a document with the websites. You must have a well rounded knowledge of all aspects in my attached document. You must test each site thoroughly. I know how important testing is.
