Ready Flutter App updates and Publishing to App and Play Store

I am looking for a Flutter developer to update and publish my existing app on both the App and Play Store. The updates required include bug fixes and new features. I have all the necessary source code and credentials for publishing. Both bug fixes and new features are equally important and should be prioritized accordingly.

-The login and Signup Process be very smooth
-Video Articles should be Visible and on the Left and Right Swipe previous and Next post swipe respectively
-The same should work on all other categories of Article Post.
-A logged-in user can submit a new post directly from the app
-I will provide an iframe Link streaming Live TV should be there
-Contact and other details update
-Can also try another combination of colors for the app.
-Need to update category icons as well.
