We need to change our website design completely as the present one isn’t able to explain about our services/products to our users. This is made on Wordpress.
We deal in ‘Readymade Online Ecommerce Drop-shipping E-commerce Stores’ which is very hard to make a user understand. People gets confuse that we deal in website template selling or work like ‘Shopify’ platform while we are completely different from both the things. We provide a complete readymade online Ecommerce business to a user.
With our present website design users visit the website but they end up purchasing nothing because they get too confused in between what we are selling and what they understand.
Many people think that we are only selling website templates and our cost of 199 GBP is too high.
Some people think that we are selling Shopify store and the cost of 199 GBP is too high for Shopify and they leave the website without even talking to us.
We are so hopeless with this. We need someone who is highly creative in his/her own way and can redesign & redevelop our complete website from A to Z.

If our website won't be able to speak about its own services/products, user won't hold themselves on the website for a moment and won't even initiate a chat or call us.
And unless they call or chat with us, there are very very very less chances that they will purchase anything from us.
So please provide us a complete new design of this website including logo and very very very eye catchy banner.

I want something really professional and eye catchy.
My current design is very old fashioned and not properly mobile oprimised.
A website which isn't properly mobile optimised, can't do any business in the market.
Most of our users (more than 85%) comes from mobile only.
So if we don't have a website that works perfectly on mobile(smartphones, tablets, etc) then its useless.
