React Js + healdless wordpress

I am looking for a React Js developer with experience in headless WordPress to work on a project that requires custom theme development. The specific features needed for this project include user authentication and authorization, API integration, and custom theme development. I have the designs ready in Figma.
The client has a specific design in mind for the theme, so the ideal candidate should be able to bring that design to life. However, the client is also open to suggestions if the developer has any ideas.
In terms of WordPress plugins, the client anticipates needing e-commerce plugins, SEO plugins, and security plugins. These plugins will be necessary to create a ticket selling website with data capturing and 3rd party redirection.
