React Coder is needed to create WP plugin

I need a custom WP plugin to insert shortcode, predefined values and add new function to another plugin which uses a React code (YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce )
No changes will take place on original plugin, all solutions must be in new plugin
The exact changes:
1- insert shortcode to the order receipt
2- predefined order note and shipping rate values
3- add new function to generate a pdf file from another plugin.
