RMA system - Questionnaries (flowchart), upload option, ticket-answer etc - alternative to Zendesk and WP

I currently use Zendesk and WPforms for a set for questions for the service-portal in the attached file/link.
There are 4 options to pick between and each have different paths for the customers - all however require certain information.
Its very expensive to use espically Zendesk.
I would like an alternative.
We sell remote controlled toys so this is a portal for service for same. We would like images and possible also videos of the products a long with a description and either a receipt number and/or image of it.
Options like in Zendesk where I can answer tickets generated from a set of forms (does not have to be from WPforms). The current setup in WPforms can be reused if easier.
If rebuild, then I need 4 paths (or more)... each one step in this path should include either a question to answer, something to upload or input of information.
In the end this should generate a ticket with that information.
I would like all steps in the paths to be editable.
I prefer a stand alone system which is editable and upgradeable.
Documented code so it can be changed and clean code as well.
