REST API data and content requests into Wordpress Theme

Hello i would need help by custom coding an Search Request from an exsitng REST API Content provided on External Server.
API and Key´s are already to use. Content are Pictures, different Data Points and to request would be then Avabilities and Pricing on Dates.
Theme could be chosen another one, as there might be maybe easier soltuion to code the searchbox for the API Request and Childtheme....
