REST API Wordpress & Google Script

Required:
"Wordpress REST API - Categories, Tag"
"Google Script"

I Want:
Google Script (Sheet Cell Data) -> New Post in Wordpress

Problem:
Wordpress not support override "Category", "Tags" with word/keyword by API. Accept only numberic id.

so it should be changed word to id number

if i have these tags : dog, cat, ant (from google single cell data)
loop
1.search dog tag in wordpress
2.if not exist -> create new tag
3.get tag id in array
same as categories.

I made posting function for title and content in Google script and just want to have post categories and tags in google script too.

I'm looking for someone who can make it simply or experience. it seems to be easy task for programmer.
