Quick update to a calculation on an existing custom wordpress net sheet calculator plugin and add a feature

I attached a screenshot of the calculation example that ours needs to be changed to. So, that the calculated Florida Title Insurance Rate amount would adjust based on a certain amount that's entered into the 'insured amount' field from the net_fees screenshot (attached) It's the purchase price field on ours. So, for the example of $3,300,000 entered into the insured amount field the calculation would change a bit over a certain amount where the total would come to the $10,825 number. So, right now on our calculator at the firsttitlesource screenshot (attached) the title insurance rate in the result is $16,575, which is still at the single calculation $5.25 or that top number from the the net_fees screenshot and not changing based on the higher amounts entered. So, for the net sheet on the firsttitlesource website that calculation would have to change based off the amount entered into that purchase price field like in the net_fees screenshot.

Also under the 'Add an Additional Fee' area. I was gonna change the heading there to 'Add an Additional Fee or a Credit'. Because I guess they have these credits they can add too. Which is something that adds to the net to seller estimate total in the result. Where everything that's there now subtracts from it. So, I wanted to put under the 'Add an Additional Fee' under Other Loans or Liens, or charges input a heading labeled 'Add a Credit' with a plus sign under it. Where when you click the plus sign it opens an input field for the name of the credit and an input field for the amount of the credit side by side. And have the ability to continue to add on more credits if you want to. And then have whatever the name and amount of the credit is show up on the result under 'Additional Selling Costs'. Which I would probably rename to something like ''Additional Selling Costs or Credits'. And of course that would add to the amount of the net to seller estimate total rather than subtract.
