Quick Help with Wordpress Gateway payment

I have some issue with gateway.
Need someone expert who can help now and quick payment with lovely review.
I have a small knowledge of the system and tested sandbox and it work well but when trying with real card i got some error ''something went wrong. We'll take you back to checkout so you can try again'' on the same page it mention when added card.
