Put Elementor builder plus make website responsive

This project is regarding an already present website which needs to be copied, put elementor builder, and place on a new domain name. The website is in WordPress. Now, I have seen many fake auto-bids in the past where freelancers put placeholder bids and then ask for extra money. I have included everything in the attached doc and absolutely nothing else needs to be done, so bid only the amount you want and no placeholder. Also, there is a word that you need to place before the bid so I know you have read the project specs.
