Push Notifications for Woocommerce and Dokan Flutter Webview APP.

PLEASE understand that this is a webview app.

This is the app am looking for:

Am looking to add a way to trigger custom push notifications messages to clients and vendors that triggers for example:
# Client:
- Your order #{order no.}, has been shipped.

# Vendor:
- You have received a new order.

.. etc.

Please consider that am using [woocommerce] + [dokan]. As well as the app is a webview app, and it DOES NOT has its own app local registrations.
