Psd to wordpress theme integration

I have 3 jobs I'm looking to hire for. I commonly need recurring developers who can take custom PSD designs for desktop, mobile and tablet and then turn them into fully functioning WordPress/Shopify themes or mainly integrate into preexisting ones.

2. Header and menu coded for all pages menu integrated with groovy menu

3. 4 of the pages needs to be reusable and info exchangeable via custom post types

4. All designs moveable other than header and menu

5. need the design responsive pixel perfect to every device it has to be clean and snappy like f'real.com or https://iswigalicious.com/

the native theme is built with wpbakery however I want to use elementor so i need coded into wpbakery but pages can be edited in elementor if this is possible. I know you can two builders on the same site so.
