Provide instructions to fix Google ads conversion tracking

I am looking for a freelancer to provide a skilled developer a walkthrough on how to fix and test Google Ads conversion tracking on a Wordpress/WooCommerce ecommerce site. We have a campaign set up for several months and it has not had any conversions, though we do believe this is wrong. We suspect that we have made a mistake in setting up the conversion tracking. For security reasons you cannot be provided with access, but supervised screen control is possible.

Successful outcome is conversion tracking tested as working.
