Web design, development, and marketing agency looking for a project manager/overall manager
I'm a top rated seller on one of the most popular freelance platforms and the owner of an agency. Clearing the inbox has already gotten to a point where it consumes my whole day. It is time to start incorporating a manager.
Duties will consist of:
-Checking and responding to client messages
-Relaying client feedback and instructions to freelancers
-Giving clients quotes for work requests
Relaying freelance workers questions, instructions, and feedback to clients. Improving text English to native English speaker quality.
-Improve communication and help orient clients and freelancers.
-Insure that projects meet deadlines
-Assemble delivery of project details and instructions when workers say that the project is complete. Look over work and make sure to get freelancer to confirm all work is done and delivery is truly ready
-Performing small website changes when it is easy and takes less time to make the change than it would to assign the project to a freelancer. (Usually Shopify or Wordpress)
-Improve agency systems where possible

Requires:
-Project Management
-Native written English abilities necessary. Native snglish speaking abilities would be a plus.
-Enough knowledge of various web design, development, marketing to effectively manage, communicate and sell projects to clients.
The position will start slow then increase to full time. Performance bonuses included.
