Product pages not indexing properly

When I am setting up new product pages they are not indexing correctly, I've given two examples on the attached. Looks like some cannibalisation of pages or Google not being able to read my site structure properly? Only recent things I have done to my website is to update WooCommerce. All the previous products I set up are indexing ok, it is just the ones from the last 2/3 months that don't seem to index properly.
