Product Customizer Functionality Wordpress/WooCommerce

I'm looking for a product customizer solution for woocommerce.
Our business sells customized energy bars that our customers would like to personalize with their own ingredients and custom message on the packaging.
Here are the key features we'd like to include in the plugin:
*Ability for customers to choose ingredients from 9(or any number) categories
*Depending on the category the user will have to choose a specific number of ingredients (some categories may require 0-1 some 1-5 etc)
*Ability to put constraints on certain combinations of ingredients
*Each line of categories should open from top to bottom in an accordion way
*For each active category display a tip on the bottom right
*Each Item that is added should be displayed as a list along with the rest of the items on a sticky frame on the right of the screen that will scroll with the user
*Should include a text box for extra comments
*Should include a check box for a special request
-->After clicking next the user must be directed to a page where he/she can:
* Add custom text up to 20 characters, with preview function to show customers their message on the packaging checkbox to check if he/she does not want to enter a name
* choose the quantity to be ordered
* include a frame with a summary of the chosen ingredients.
* click to continue purchases or go to the shopping cart.
The price of the final product does not change, it is always the same.
It would be best if this can be achieved using elementor pro, or gravity forms, but we are open to suggestions.
