Problem with a menu -- 2

I have a menu in Spanish and English, which work separately, with pages in Spanish and English, without automatic translation, the problem is that I have a main menu with submenus, which when in Spanish, are displayed correctly, but when placing it in English, these are not displayed, and I need them to be used the same way as it works in the Spanish menu, that's all.
