Fully Automated AI Blog System for Chef Profiles (Google Sheets → AI → WordPress)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking to build a fully automated system that can generate and publish SEO-optimized blog posts about famous chefs.
The only manual input should be a Google Sheet where I add chef names – the system should handle everything else automatically.
What the system must do:
Take one chef name per day from a Google Sheet
Use AI (e.g. GPT-4 or similar) to write a blog post that includes:
A chronological biography
Awards or recognitions
Restaurants worked at or owned
Cookbooks or signature dishes
1–2 relevant quotes from public sources
One link to the chef’s social media profile
→ AI must automatically find and insert a relevant link (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn)
Internal links to previously published chef articles (link-building)
Two images per article (AI-generated or royalty-free from sources like Unsplash or Pexels)
Format and publish the article as a WordPress blog post
Schedule one article per day (or adjustable frequency)
Ensure each article is SEO-optimized to rank for the chef’s name
Customization options I must have:
Ability to define:
Tone of voice (e.g. informative, professional, storytelling)
Article length
Topics to cover (e.g. biography, awards, restaurants, quotes)
Technical Stack Suggestions (or propose your own):
Google Sheets as input source
AI writing: OpenAI (GPT-4) or equivalent
Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom script
WordPress publishing: REST API or plugin
Image source: DALL·E, Pexels API, Unsplash API
Optional: AI-driven social media link discovery
Clarifications:
I do not provide social media links
→ The AI should automatically find and insert a suitable social link for each chef
I will not be involved in daily operations
→ I only manage the list of chef names
Final articles must be well-formatted (headings, structure, SEO meta, etc.)
Everything must run completely automatically after setup
Deliverables:
A working system with full automation from Google Sheets to WordPress
Simple interface or instructions for:
Setting tone of voice
Changing schedule
Monitoring status
Minimal ongoing effort required from my side
