Post Migration Issues WooCommerce
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Issues:
1) We have a problem with redsys payments... They are being payed but in woo appears as pending. Paypal works fine, it is redsys what is giving errors.
2) When we try to refund order to the credit card it doesn't work. We guess it is the same error as pending payment.As we cannot have bank response.
3) The orders from 20th that appear in the attached files that I will give must be deleted and the orders must be unified for all lines by order and assigned the order and invoice numbers that appears in these files (receipt and invoice).
4) The last issue is that before, we were able to make orders witrh no taxes by easing the tax column dircetly. Now we have to go lines one by one to get rid of taxes, and when you recalculate they appear again. here a snapchot.
5) FTP, DNS and server configuration related issues.
Note: You must have solid knowledge of WooCommerce and server. Please only apply if you are really expert and don't do spam bidding that won't work. I need someone who can fix this issue urgently and if possible through my computer as sharing server access not possible.
