Post Form-data and attached file to web-API, from Wordpress-form

Background:
We are using the Wordpress plugin "Fluent Forms Pro"
for letting users fill in a form with question and some other data, and optional attach a file.
At Submit the "Fluent Forms Pro"-plugin has access to the form-data, and it also has Custom Javascript-code that could be used for Submit/send formdata to API.
* Token to the API above can be received as text from another API (ready to go)
* We already have .NET code for how to send form-data to API. But not javascript. The .NET-code can be used to see what needs to be done.
