Plugin for WordPress Site + Gravity Forms + Social Media API

I have a WordPress website that uses gravity forms to collect data for auto glass quotes. Instead of the user needing to type the personal info, I’d like for them to be able to log in with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or an Apple iCloud account.
When the user is logged in to my website via a social media site, a dashboard should be available which shows their quote request history and previous submissions with a price field that will be manually updated by me on the back end. When I update the price field, I’d like a automated message to be sent to the customer via text or email that includes the price and offer to make an appointment.
I want their name, phone number, email, and profile picture all available when they submit the quote using the website.
I’d also like it to be able to have a chat function built in with messenger, minimal user input, and optional manual entry the way it currently works.
