ABOUT NEVIE-GLOBAL

NEVIE-GLOBAL is a French technology company developing an ecosystem around Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Automation, SaaS, Blockchain, Robotics, IoT, Wearable Technology and Digital Education.

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer, software architect, technical SEO specialist, or a small multidisciplinary team able to recover, complete, launch and maintain our existing platform as a long-term technical partner.

PROJECT CONTEXT

The platform already includes WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Railway, Stripe, OpenAI, n8n workflows, APIs, webhooks, GitHub repositories and technical documentation.

Some components work. Others are incomplete, disconnected, undocumented, insecure or unsuitable for production.

This is NOT a greenfield project.
This is NOT an audit-only project.
This is NOT only a visual redesign.

The contractor must preserve all valuable existing work and rebuild only what cannot reasonably be recovered.

The selected contractor will:

- Audit and inventory all existing assets
- Recover reusable work

- Stabilize staging and production
- Complete missing frontend and backend functionality

- Complete product, service and e-commerce journeys
- Repair forms, calls to action, cart and Stripe checkout
- Verify Stripe webhooks and database synchronization
- Verify PostgreSQL and Railway
- Audit, repair and document n8n workflows
- Verify OpenAI and AI integrations
- Improve security, performance, logging and monitoring
- Implement technical SEO and scalable information architecture
- Produce complete documentation
- Transfer all code, workflows, repositories, accounts and access to NEVIE-GLOBAL

The platform must be prepared for visibility on Google, Bing and AI-assisted discovery systems.

No ranking position can be guaranteed. The objective is to build strong technical and architectural foundations for long-term organic growth.

The platform must support future hubs and pages for:

- Enterprise Automation, n8n, Make and Zapier
- CRM, ERP, marketing and e-commerce automation
- SaaS, web, mobile and API development

The contractor must avoid duplicated or low-quality SEO pages. Every future page must provide original and useful value.

PHASE 1 - PAID DISCOVERY, RECOVERY AND STABILIZATION

Phase 1 is not limited to a report. It must include inspection, recovery, agreed critical corrections, stabilization, documentation and measurable technical improvements.

Before activation, the exact Phase 1 corrections, price, deadline and acceptance criteria will be agreed in writing.

At the end of Phase 1, the contractor must recommend:

A. Continue with the recovered platform
B. Partially rebuild selected components
C. Completely rebuild the platform

The recommendation must include evidence, risks, estimated effort, schedule and budget.

A milestone is accepted only when its agreed deliverables are:

- Committed to NEVIE-GLOBAL repositories
- Deployed where required
- Fully transferred to client-owned accounts
- Reproducible by another qualified developer

Screenshots, videos or isolated code files alone do not prove completion. No hidden personal account, repository, credential, dependency or vendor lock-in will be accepted.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Strong experience with most of the following:

WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Railway, Docker, GitHub, OpenAI API, LLMs, n8n, REST APIs, OAuth, SMTP, Stripe, webhooks, Linux, cloud infrastructure, production deployment, security, performance optimization, technical SEO, Schema.org, Core Web Vitals, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and multilingual architecture.

Experience recovering unfinished or failed technical projects is a strong advantage.

12. Included and excluded work.
13. Maintenance and support conditions.

Do not submit a deliberately low bid intended to be increased immediately after selection.

SELECTION

Candidates will be evaluated on website review, technical understanding, recovery strategy, architecture, SEO expertise, relevant evidence, security, testing, documentation, communication, realistic schedule and realistic budget.

Price alone will not determine selection. Generic or copy-pasted proposals will not be considered.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND OWNERSHIP

An NDA may be required before access is granted.

All work must remain in NEVIE-GLOBAL-owned accounts, repositories and infrastructure.
