Phone number validator for WooCommerce product page.

The project consists of creating an extra field on the Woocommerce product page to put the phone number.
In the field, we want a validator to check if the phone number is valid. We intend to place little flags for the user to choose his country, to have more precision in the information and the validation to be more efficient in each country.
We have already used an addon for extra fields, if you can use it it is an advantage. The addon name is “Product Addons for Woocommerce” By Acowebs
For example, the plugin called "WooCommerce international phone input” is great, but this is for the checkout field.
Another important point: the field cannot be any of the fields: billing_phone or shipping_phone
Must be the unique phone number on the product page
