Phone Handling

Hello -
I'm looking for a phone handler to take calls on my behalf for my work when I am not available.
This position has no set hours and will not be consistent with 'regular hours' - however I would expect there to be 1-3 calls you would handle per month with my US client. These would be Zoom calls (audio only). The calls would be on a case-to-case basis when needed.
You MUST be fluent in English and be able to speak clear English. This is mandatory.
Knowledge of CMS systems is a plus -- platforms like Contentful, Wordpress, etc.
