Personalized Woocommerce Product Pages

I'm looking to implement a feature on my Woocommerce store that allows for custom product categories tailored to individual customers. The categories should be assigned based on customer preferences.

Key Requirements:
- Implementation of unique product categories per customer on the Woocommerce platform
- Ability for the admin to link to a customer-restricted page with their favorite products
- the customer page should be vissible for all, if the user have the link
- the customer can add and remove favorit products

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Woocommerce
