Personalization of the Registration/Identification form Connecting Dokan and Woocommerce

Hello,
I would like to customize the registration / login form of my site's theme and the Dokan plugin by adding the mobile phone number option (mention an information label for the user on the need to put the country code during registration and connection by mobile phone).
The user will have the choice to use his email or his mobile phone to register.
In the end on the identification field, the user will register / connect by his email address or his mobile phone number.
We want this mobile phone option to be added to the registration/login form to make it easier for some users who want to log in using their mobile phone.
We would like this test to be done locally first to ensure proper operation before integrating it on the site.
This project is of utmost urgency and must be completed as soon as possible.
