Performance, security check and improve wordpress website

We have a wordpress app and it is not working well sometimes it get connection to database issue,

There are some plugin used in this website and we want someone dig into the WP website and resolve it issue

We cannot provide password but we can set remote desktop session for troubleshooting and improvement
