Performance & Speed optimization for Wordpress & WooCommerce website using Elementor

I run an custom ecommerce website built on Wordpress and using WooCommerce. The front end is handled by Elementor and we use many other plugins to facilitate our business.
Plugins such as:
Graviry Forms
ACF
Wordfence
WpRocket
Unfortunately the performance of the website isn't great, so we're looking for a talented and experienced developer to fix the underlying problems. We are currently using wprocket as a patch up, but that unfortunately doesn't help with the site experience for our customers, so we want the root issues to be identified and a solution proposed.
Naturally it's essential that the freelancer is experienced with Wordpress, WooCommerce and Elementor.
