PeepSo PWA Notification Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m running PeepSo alongside the Progressify PWA plugin and need the two to talk to each other so my community can receive real-time push notifications. The only PWA feature I care about right now is push notifications; offline support and other extras can wait.
Here’s what has to happen: whenever PeepSo records a user activity—chat message, like, comment, friendship request, group alert, or any other “user activity alert”—the service worker created by Progressify PWA should fire a native push notification to the relevant member’s device, even if the browser is closed. PeepSo’s hooks or REST endpoints are all available; I just need the logic that captures those events, formats a concise message, and hands it over to the PWA push channel.
Deliverables
• Code (custom plugin or snippets) that bridges PeepSo events to Progressify PWA’s push system
• A short README that shows me where to drop the files and how to change the notification text if needed
• Confirmation that notifications trigger correctly on both desktop and mobile browsers
