Paypal PayLater Issue Woocommerce

We have a WooCommerce website and would like to enable the Paypal Pay Later feature. It isn't working might be we have a Paypal business account in the UK and are trying to receive EMIs in US dollars.

Normal payments in USD work fine.

Please only bid, If you have a good knowledge of PayPal payment integrations.
