Payment and Shipment rules for each vendor on a WooCommerce/Dokan marketplace [Ref.: Glam]

We have a multivendor store made with Dokan and WooCommerce and we need to be able to create certain checkout rules for each vendor. Actually this is not possible because this setting is globally defined by the administrator.

Example:
One of our vendors does not have cash on delivery so if the customer selects this shipping method, the only payment method available must be online.
